Switching & onboarding

Switch in weeks, not quarters.

We reconcile your history before you cut over, pilot by pilot, quarter by quarter. Your old system stays in charge until the numbers match.

01 · SCHEDULING

Scheduling: live in about two weeks.

Scheduling

For a 5-tail operator. Duty history comes across for 12+ months, plus the prior calendar year, so limits are correct from day one.

  1. Week 1

    • Trial migration from your old scheduler.
    • A reconciliation report comparing each pilot's quarterly hours.
    • Your chief pilot reviews the duty-engine test scenarios.
  2. Week 2

    • Connect maintenance, accounting and flight tracking.
    • Weighing clocks become visible.
    • Go live.

02 · SAFETY

Safety: a configured baseline in under 30 days.

Safety

  • Signed safety policy.
  • Roles register.
  • Your FRAT model.
  • Live hazard reporting.
  • Assigned training.

Import from another SMS platform or a spreadsheet, with a mapping preview, batch rollback and a reconciliation report. Fields that don't map are listed, never silently dropped.

03 · MAINTENANCE

Maintenance: a written timeline in your contract.

Maintenance

  • ≤ 6 weeks per tail from a tracker export, ≤ 12 weeks from paper.
  • Builds run in parallel. The fleet is done in ≤ 6 months.
  • Our team does the data build, or yours does with guided import.
  • Parallel run with a differences report. Your old system stays authoritative until your DOM signs off each tail.
  • Data-build errors fixed at no charge.
  • Logbook scanning service.
  • Fleet templates: your second PC-12 starts from the first.

04 · GO-LIVE GATE

Eight checks before you fly on it.

Go-live is a gate, not a date. Each check is signed off by a named person before your old system stops being the record.

  1. Chief pilot signs off the duty configuration.
  2. Time basis is agreed with your POI.
  3. Migration reconciliation passes.
  4. Backup restore drill is done.
  5. Status page is live.
  6. MFA is on for every account.
  7. Access is reviewed.
  8. Incident runbook is ready.

05 · ONBOARDING

Agreed before you start.

Talk to our team about your plan
  • Your onboarding plan, in writing.

Timeline, data build and cut-over dates are agreed before you start. Every fee is in writing before you sign.

  • Training included.

For dispatch, crew, safety and maintenance, plus a sandbox copy of your account to practice in before go-live.

Leaving a retiring system?

Bring your history with you. If your current scheduler is being retired, we import your trips, duty history and customer records, then reconcile them pilot by pilot before you cut over. No re-keying, and no gap in your duty records.
