Terms of service
Draft, October 2026 · not yet in effect
These terms govern your use of direct2.net and the Direct2 software, provided by [pending: legal entity name] ("Direct2", "we", "us"). If you use Direct2 under a signed subscription agreement, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Decision support, not a substitute for judgment
Direct2 computes, flags and blocks. It checks duty and rest, currency, maintenance status, weight and balance, and the other items it is configured to check, and it shows where each value came from and how current it is. Qualified people make the decisions: releasing a flight, accepting a trip, returning an aircraft to service, accepting a risk.
Responsibility for regulatory compliance stays with the certificate holder. Direct2 does not hold or operate under your certificate, does not submit reports to the FAA on your behalf, and does not replace your operations specifications, manuals or the judgment of your management personnel.
