01 · FOR PILOTS

Two minutes, then back to the airplane.

Pilots deal with the company from their phone. They accept the trip, watch the rest countdown, run the FRAT, sign the manifest, accept the release, close the leg and report squawks.

Trip and duty

  • Schedule and trip acceptance. The dispatcher sees when each pilot acknowledged.
  • Push notifications for assignments, changes, FRAT sign-off requests and duty warnings.
  • Rest countdown to the earliest legal report time, with flight time in the last 24 hours and the quarter and year margin left.
  • Currency status, and personal documents with their expiry dates.
  • Trip sheets and manifests.

Before engine start

  • FRAT in under 2 minutes, most factors pre-filled, with mitigation, sign-off and SIC concurrence.
  • Weight and balance, and manifest e-signature.
  • PIC release acceptance.

After the leg

  • OOOI and close-out entered once, for duty, billing and the aircraft's times.
  • Squawks with photos.
  • Hazard reports: identified, confidential or anonymous.
  • Expenses with receipt photos.
  • Logbook-grade times with CSV export to your logbook app.

Paperwork

  • Time-off requests. The approver sees any conflicts before deciding.
  • Read-and-sign for GOM, manual and bulletin revisions.

02 · FOR TECHNICIANS

The hangar floor, not the office computer.

Mechanics work the card from the airplane, on a phone or in split view on an iPad: task cards on one side, the step in front of you on the other. Reads and squawks work with no signal in the hangar.

  • Aircraft status and the due list for every tail you maintain.
  • Work orders and task cards.
  • Parts lookup and requests.
  • Documents: manuals, task card references and the aircraft's records.
  • Squawk entry with photos, offline too.
  • Time entry against the work order.
  • Task sign-off with e-signature, when connected.

See the maintenance module

Signing needs a connection. Maintenance sign-off, RII and return to service are verified by the server. Offline, the app keeps your squawks, time and reads; the signature waits until you're connected.

03 · FOR APPROVERS

Sign it from your phone, before you leave the house.

The director of operations and chief pilot do FRAT sign-off, release authorization and risk acceptance from their phones. The accountable executive accepts risk from a phone too.

  • High-band FRATs come to you with the factors, the score and a required mitigation.
  • Release authorization with feasibility, legality margin and live maintenance status on one screen.
  • Risk acceptance by the right person. Every decision records who, when, the score, the mitigation and the rule version.
  • Time-off approvals show conflicts with trips and rest first.

The software flags the high-band leg. A named person decides and signs.

Recorded

Who, when, score, mitigation and the rule version. Append-only.

04 · OFFLINE, DONE HONESTLY

Works with no signal. Never pretends to know what it doesn't.

Remote ramps and steel hangars lose signal. The app keeps what the crew needs on the device, queues what they enter, and is plain about what has to wait.

Stale is never green. Data that's out of date shows as unknown or red, never green. Nobody edits a shared record offline, so two people can't overwrite each other.

05 · SECURITY ON THE DEVICE

One login. MFA on every account.

Crew and maintenance roles share one sign-in, so a pilot who also turns wrenches doesn't juggle two accounts.

  • One login for crew and maintenance roles.
  • Multi-factor authentication on every account.
  • Single sign-on with your company identity provider.
  • Each person sees what their role allows, on the phone and on the web.

06 · A WEB VIEW IN ANY BROWSER

No app? No problem.

Anyone not on the native app opens the same screens in a phone or desktop browser. A contract pilot on their own phone, or a mechanic on the shop computer.

  • The same schedule, trip sheets and forms, sized for the screen.
  • Same login, same permissions, same record.
  • Nothing to install for occasional users.

Questions

Questions crews ask.

All FAQs
Is there an app?

Yes. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, for crew and for technicians. Anyone not on the app can use the web view in any browser.

Does it work offline?

Yes, for viewing and for new entries. The schedule, trip sheets, documents, duty, currency and FRAT status stay on the device. FRAT answers, duty, OOOI times, close-out, squawks, safety reports, audit checklists, acknowledgements and expenses queue offline and sync in order with no duplicates.

Data that's out of date shows as unknown or red. Maintenance sign-off, RII and return to service wait for a connection, because the server verifies those signatures.

Can pilots export their logbook?

Yes. Each leg records night, actual and simulated instrument, approaches, day and night landings, and PIC and SIC time. Pilots export a CSV to their logbook app.

Can mechanics use it?

Yes. Technicians see aircraft status and the due list, work orders and task cards, parts and documents. They enter squawks with photos and their time, and sign tasks with an e-signature when connected.

Does the release need the PIC's phone?

The PIC accepts the release in the app on their phone or iPad, or in the web view from any browser. It's tied to their login, not to one device.
