Integrations

Works with the tools you already fly with.

All the major and minor integrations with the leading vendors: flight planning, tracking, weather, marketplaces, trip support, payments, accounting, maintenance tracking and training. Every connection is listed and monitored.

01 · HOW WE CONNECT

Connect to what you have. Watch every connection.

  • We don't reinvent industry plumbing.

We connect to the vendors you already use, so you keep the tools your crews and techs know.

  • Our published API is the one our modules use.

The same API our own modules use. Nothing is held back for us.

  • CSV and JSON for everything else.

Import and export validated row by row, and safe to re-run.

  • Tested every night.

Every integration runs against a simulator that replays real export formats.

  • Every synced value shows its source and freshness.

Stale, unknown or unreachable data shows red, never green.

02 · DIRECTORY

03 · IMPORTS

Bring your history.

Import from your current scheduler, maintenance tracker or SMS tool. You get a reconciliation report before anything goes live.

  • Mapping preview before the first row lands.
  • Row-by-row validation, safe to re-run.
  • Batch rollback if an import isn't right.
  • Fields that don't map are listed, never silently dropped.
How switching works

04 · ON PURPOSE

What we don't do, on purpose.

Some things are better left to the vendors who do them well. We connect to them instead.

  • No flight-plan filing network of our own.

We connect to the flight-planning vendors you already file through.

  • No payroll.

Keep the payroll you run today.

  • No manual authoring.

We don't write your MEL, GOM or manuals. We distribute documents and track acknowledgement.

Questions

Integration questions

All FAQs
Do you connect to my maintenance tracker?

Yes. Keep your current tracker if you want to. The due list, status and deferral context come in; reviewed hours and squawks go back out.

Every synced value shows its source and age. If the sync goes stale, the value shows red and the release is held. A late import can never make an aircraft look airworthy.

Deferrals for externally tracked tails are entered in Direct2. They don't sync in from the outside tracker.

Can I keep my SMS tool?

Yes. Each module runs on its own, so you can start with scheduling or maintenance and keep the SMS tool you have.

If you move safety over later, we import from your SMS platform or a spreadsheet with a mapping preview, batch rollback and a reconciliation report.

Do you file flight plans?

No. We don't run our own filing network. Legs go out to your flight-planning vendor, and the filed route, ETE, fuel and W&B come back onto the trip.

Is there an API?

Yes. A REST API with webhooks for reports, FRATs, hazards, trips and more. It's the same API our own modules use.

What if my tool isn't listed?

Tell us what you use. Talk to our team and we'll tell you how it connects today.

CSV and JSON import and export cover everything else, validated row by row and safe to re-run.
